1. Hair Color Selection: Please choose your preferred hair color from the options provided. Note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
   
2. Head Size Measurement: Measure the widest part of your head (around your forehead and ears) using a soft tape measure for accurate sizing.
   
3. Hair Length: The hair length selected is from the root to the tip of the hair. Please refer to the length guide provided on the product page for a more accurate representation.
   
4. Custom Orders Processing Time: All custom wigs take 30-45 business days to process before shipping. Please allow this time for creation.
   
5. No Exchanges or Returns: Custom wigs are made specifically for your order. Therefore, we cannot accept exchanges or returns once the order has been placed. Please double-check all selections before finalizing your order.
