At Lwigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with the item you ordered, we offer a return and exchange service. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Return Policy

1.Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with the lace uncut.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Custom-made orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, email us at market@lwigs.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Include photos of the product for our reference.
  • We will provide you with the return address and specific instructions once we confirm the return eligibility.
  • Please do not send the item back to the sender's address on the package. This is not the correct return address, and it will affect the processing of your return.

3.Shipping Costs:

  • The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Declare a value of $20 on the return package to ensure smooth delivery through customs. We will not be responsible for any customs tax on higher declared values.

4.Condition of Return:

  • The product must be in original, unused condition.
  • We only accept returns via DHL Express. Other carriers may result in your package being held at customs, and no refund will be issued.

5.Refunds:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please notify us with the tracking number once you have shipped the return so that we can track the package.

Exchange Policy

1.Eligibility for Exchange:

  • You may request an exchange for products that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Custom orders cannot be exchanged unless there is an error on our part.

2.Exchange Process:

  • To request an exchange, email us at market@lwigs.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include photos of the product and a description of the issue.
  • We will provide the return address and instructions once we confirm that the exchange is valid.
  • One-time exchange only per customer.

3.Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
  • The shipping cost for the exchanged product will be covered by you.

4.Rush Exchange Option:

  • You can place a new order for a replacement item and receive a refund once we receive the original product.
  • We will process the new product and ship it to you after receiving your return.

5.Price Differences:

If the exchanged product has a price difference, we will either charge you the additional amount or refund the overcharge.

Important Notes

  • Please do not refuse the delivery. If you wish to return your product, kindly accept delivery and then contact us for return instructions.
  • No package, no refund: If we do not receive your returned package, no refund or exchange can be processed.
  • Custom orders: Custom-made wigs cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases where there was an error on our part.
