1. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team within one hour of placing the order.
Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.
2. Order Returns
We are pleased to offer returns and exchanges for unused products within 30 days of receipt.
Please note: Each order is eligible for one free return within 30 days.
2.1 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original, unused condition — with no alterations (uncut, unbleached, uncolored, and with untouched lace). For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used products for return.
